Salehoo is a popular directory of wholesalers (this Salehoo review talks about the features in detail) that was founded in 2005 and has been operating consistently ever since. It has thousands of members, each paying $67 per year for membership, and more than 2.5 million products available to buy at trade prices from around 8,000 suppliers – but are their suppliers really as reliable as they are supposed to be?
Salehoo – A Directory
Salehoo is not a wholesaler itself, it's a directory of wholesalers, manufacturers and wholesalers that have all been researched and certified. Each supplier is different, and they may each deal differently with their customers, but they should at least be reliable and legitimate.
The Big Issue – Reliability
Salehoo guarantees that all 8,000 suppliers listed are safe to trade with, and it is generally considered a better place to buy wholesale goods than most other sources – like DHGate and Ali Express.
The key to the quality of Salehoo's suppliers is that they are all researched – someone at Salehoo (which employs over 30 people) visits every supplier who applies to join and places 'test' orders to check that they can deliver.
The quality of products will vary from one supplier to another, but they should all be legitimate and at least somewhat reliable in order to be listed in the Salehoo directory.
